We believe that shipping is an integral part of an online shopping experience. After purchasing merchandise online, the main question that comes to your mind is “When will I receive my merchandize ordered?” At uptown18.com, we are committed to ensure that the products you purchase are delivery in an organized and timely manner.

While you may be buying different products from different sellers, located in different geographical areas with varied levels of professionalism/sophistication, we ensure that shipping time and cost are minimal and the quality of your merchandize is maintained throughout the process.

Each order received is processed within 15 days and you will be intimated along each step of the way i.e. when the order is placed, processed, shipped and delivered. We are partners with the top most courier and logistics service providers to ensure that you receive your order on-time and safely. In case you have any questions in regards to order delivery, you can contact our Customer Support executives and we will resolve all your problems right away.

The delivery time frame mentioned in the product and order details are tentatively estimated. Actual delivery time of the order depends upon the availability of the products at the seller, address where the order needs to be delivered, courier issues and other circumstances that may affect the delivery. Return Policy

The Return and Exchange policy of Uptown18 is formulated keeping in mind the need and requirement of the customer. There are no hidden terms and conditions for this. Everything is written clearly. According to this policy, if you wish to return or exchange any item purchased from uptown18.com, then it should be done within 5 days of the receipt. Once you receive our order and if you find the product in damaged or wrong condition from our side then immediately inform us and send the product picture on email id ‘hindustan110092@gmail.com’ or Whats App it on Mobile No. ‘9599087260’.

Return request is acceptable only if the product is damaged or wrong from our side otherwise return request are not acceptable.

Those items which are to be returned or exchanged must be unused. They should be in their original packing and all the tags should be intact. No broken tags will be accepted. For example, if you wish to return the pair of shoes which you bought from Uptown18, then it should be in its original box with proper packaging, while our products undergo through quality check before being dispatched.

Please do not send the product to us in some situations as follows:-

  • If the product is used.
  • Any item which is not in its original condition is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item which has been returned after 5 days delivery period.

If any item purchased does not fits, or there is any size, color or printing issues, then only it can be exchanged. It means only size, color & printing exchange is allowed. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by their logistics team.

Once we receive your return/Exchange, the product is immediately send for an inspection. After receiving a green signal from our inspection team, we will send you the new product in exchange. So this process may take 15 days.

Return or exchange may also include extra delivery charges depending upon the size & weight of the product. The charges are given at the end of the Terms & Conditions.

Note: If damaged or wrong product send by our side then in that case no extra shipping charges are applicable.

Refunds

Refund request are only eligible, if the delivered product is damaged or wrong from our side and it should be file within 5 days after the date of delivery, otherwise refund request are not acceptable. The refund will be process after receiving the original product, then the product will immediately send for an inspection and after receiving the inspection report from our team, we will notify you through email about the report and refund eligibility, In case the request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 15 working days.

Late or missing refunds

In case you have not received a refund yet, we request you to first check your bank account again. If the credit amount does not reflect in your account statement, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund officially reflects in the account used for the purchase transaction. Next, contact your bank. Often there is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still haven't received the refund, please contact our Customer Support and report the issue. We shall take the necessary actions immediately to address the concern at hand.
